Exe Vienna Hotel

Asked for chair (only 1 in 3 bed room)-not getting it

Very pleasant and friendly and helpful

I greatly enjoyed this property - original and stylish hotel.

Everything was really good, ideal location just off a tram route and train 5min walk away, supermarket, tram, and u and all the important offices, smart staff. The rooms were neat and nicely furnished with the huge balcony, joined beds, as example, the breakfast was varied. It had a cosy decor.

As always it was OK. It is close to where I conduct business.

First, the airconditioning did not work.Second, there is only internet in the lobby and it did not work for one of the four days (which caused me massive problems). Third, when I entered the room somebody had all ready ate the snacks in the minibar. Finally, I would like more english TV channels.

-The staff are not helpful at all-The breakfast is poor-The room is depressing and poorly designed- I was supposed to spend 3 days and I left the hotel after the first night and if I hadn't been tired after my long juorney I wouldn't have spent even one night there.

I don't like the hotel the rome its very small and no space to move or keep your bags and the location not suitable to family really it was very bad experience I had

The queen room had basic facilities you need, a private safe, an air conditioning and a minibar: )

The breakfasts were very good.

Had stayed here before. There seemed to be a change in ownership - the staff were not as friendly as before and the room, though clean on arrival, was not cleaned at all thereafter. This was a change from prior stays and not acceptable at all.

The room was clean and I like the location.

I kept having to get my keycard recharged.

Our stay was lovely! The breakfast spread was very nice, especially the freshly baked pastries, and the pool was a refreshing break after a day exploring. The tram was super convenient for getting around the city!
